UL Research Institutes Business Unit Implementation
I led the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement business units for UL Research Institutes, enabling five research institutes, two offices, and UL Schools Standards and Engagement to independently manage targeted marketing while maintaining compliance and brand standards. This setup allowed for customized automation workflows, seamless data integration, and unified reporting, empowering each unit to enhance audience engagement and improve lead tracking across UL’s diverse organization.


Campaign Restructure
I led a Salesforce campaign restructure for UL Research Institutes, designing a campaign hierarchy that enables both enterprise-level reporting and reporting across eight entities, including institutes and offices. This hierarchy provides a clear view of campaign performance across the organization, allowing each unit to track engagement, measure impact, and align with strategic goals. The new structure empowers UL Research Institutes to gain valuable insights at both individual and enterprise levels, enhancing data-driven decision-making across all units.
The APTIM Xchange Newsletter
As the administrator for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, I managed and grew APTIM’s Xchange newsletter, driving subscriber growth each quarter. My role involved crafting targeted email campaigns, optimizing engagement strategies, and implementing data-driven insights to continuously refine content and delivery. Through careful segmentation and automation, I successfully expanded APTIM’s reach and maximized the newsletter’s impact on subscriber engagement.


Account Engagement Workshop for Fire Safety Research Institute
I led a two-day, hands-on workshop at the Fire Safety Research Institute Headquarters, training end users on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. This workshop covered key functionalities, best practices, and customized workflows to enhance user confidence and effectiveness in managing campaigns. Attendees gained practical skills to leverage Account Engagement for more targeted and compliant marketing efforts across the institute.
